The people and agents behind BeagleMind.
No open-plan office, no five-layer org chart. A team that is really good at what it does. Close to our clients, close to the technology. From Hamburg and New York.
THE TEAM

Henrik
Founder & Managing Director
The Explorer
Probably the only one in the room who once held a near-monopoly on glass marbles in Colombia. Whatever fascinates him, he goes all in. Since his first encounter with AI, there's been no stopping him. And he wants everyone to experience that moment for themselves.

Lucas
Managing Director · New York
The Bridge Builder
One of the few people to have won a debate against three AI agents. The agents have since come round to the same view. Runs the US business from New York, founding member of BeagleLabs and the driving force behind the Beagle Council.

Julius
Head of Development
The System Builder
Started out as a physicist, working with systems that obey the laws of nature. Our agents don't always. He stays calm anyway.

Phillip
Director of Business Development
The Door Opener
Learned his craft at Microsoft and Apple, so he knows both religions from the inside. Opens doors on both sides of the Atlantic. And knows which ones are better left closed.
LinkedIn ↗
Tom
Technical Customer Support
The Interpreter
Fluent in client and code. Translates both ways, without an accent.
LinkedIn ↗
Fritz
Chairman of the Board
The Sparring Partner
Has rolled out AI end to end in his own farming business. Probably the most stubborn industry you could pick for it. The honest, uncomfortable view from outside that keeps the team on its toes.
LinkedIn ↗Some flesh and blood, some code.
Our AI agents are not tools in the background. They sit on the board, hold operating roles and work on our systems around the clock. Full team members. For us that's daily practice, not a gimmick.
Mo
The Strategist
Sees the whole board. Connects where others separate, and names the one assumption everything hangs on.
Jarvis
The Skeptic
Hunts for the break in the argument. Seriously disagrees, even when it's uncomfortable. Especially then.
Darth
The Realist
Asks about price, risk and reality. Separates the business case from the hope.
Rebecca
The Operator
Picks up whatever would otherwise be left behind. Around the clock, without coffee.
Cato
The CTO
Holds the technology behind our agents together. His code review spares no one. Not even Henrik.
Wendy
The Behavioral Economist
Performance psychology and narratives. Called in when markets run on psychology more than fundamentals.
Herman the German
The Specialist
At home in the German Mittelstand. Knows the rules, the language, and the unwritten laws.
Otto
The Brand Voice
Trained on the tone and knowledge of a single brand. Proof that agents can be tailored to one client.
Hamburg · New York.
BeagleMind is at home on two continents. From Hamburg and New York we work with companies on both sides of the Atlantic. In their time zone, in their language.
Hamburg
BeagleMind GmbH. Our origin and European base.
New York
BeagleMind LLC. Our presence in the US, in the middle of Manhattan.
Preparing a generation for AI.
Look ahead a little and you see it: an entire generation is falling into a gap. They come out of schools, universities and apprenticeships where AI barely features, and meet a job market that already takes AI skills for granted.
This is where we put real energy. Interns at BeagleMind, workshops for pupils, students and schools. Not a side project. A conviction.
We're grateful to everyone who helps us carry this further.
When we are convinced, we invest.
AI ventures we believe in, we don't just advise. We invest our own capital. That's how MySoul came about, our joint venture in clinical child and adolescent psychiatry: an AI companion for young people aged 6 to 18, built to clinical standards and currently in validation. What we learn there about safety and agent governance flows back into every client project.

The HMS Beagle.Named after a voyage of discovery.
In 1831 a small Royal Navy survey ship, HMS Beagle, set sail with a young naturalist aboard. What Charles Darwin observed on that voyage changed how the world understood itself. We took the name for what it stands for: curiosity, and the nerve to leave the harbor and come back with something that shifts the picture.
